Herb Seeds

Borage Seeds produce medium sized annual plants. The chopped young leaves can be added to salads to give a cucumber flavour. Borage leaves or the bright blue flowers can be added to a cool glass of water to make an especially refreshing summer drink. The leaves may also be used in Pimms.

Sow Outdoors

Sow Borage Seeds outside in open ground, anytime from March to August. They will grow in any soil but prefer full sun.

Harvest

Harvest Borage leaves at any time and the flowers when they are fully open.
