|  | Delivery |  | Delivery Delivery Charges:
The majority of our deliveries are carried out on our behalf by ParcelForce. We do also use Initial CityLink on some occasions, particulary for some of the larger items.
Our current delivery charges are as follows:
Mainland Britain (excluding Islands) - £3.99 for all orders over £23.00 in value, £6.99 for orders under this value.
Islands and Northern Ireland - £9.99.
If you wanted to order a small, lightweight item then please give us a call, as we may be able to ship your delivery more cost effectively via Royal Mail.
Delivery Days:
Your order will be delivered Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, although there is an extra cost involved. Please contact us for details.
Delivery Comments:
We are happy to arrange delivery to your home address, business address or any other address provided. If you wish to place comments on your delivery for the carrier to leave with a neighbour etc, then we can forward these comments to the carrier. Requests to leave the parcel in a shed, greenhouse etc can be made, but they are at made on the understanding that all risk transfers to yourself.
Delivery Timescales:
For all orders placed online we aim to deliver with 3-4 working days of receipt of order. During the peak season, March- May please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Communication:
Upon receipt of an online order we will, via email, confirm an estimated delivery date. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a delivery time for any particular day.
