Vitax Granular Garden Lime is a finest quality white garden lime can be used to correct acidity in the soil. Vitax Garden Lime helps eliminate the conditions under which club root disease in cabbages and other brassicas thrive.

Using lime will neutralise acid soils enabling beneficial bacteria to flourish and release the plant foods that become ‘locked up’ when the soil is too acidic.

Powdered garden lime improves the drainage of heavy clay soils making them more friable and easier to work.

Apply: As required

How to Use:

Acid soil - apply annually from September onwards.
Normal soils - apply every two to three years.
Compost - add lime when specified in the mix.
