The Spear & Jackson Manure Drag, 1609CS, is a superbly and solidly built, strong tool designed specifically to remove soiled straw, hay and manure from stable blocks, with the utmost ease.

The Spear & Jackson Manure Drag has tines that are bent over at right angles. Therefore, literally it can be used to drag the stable floor and easily make a pile of maure and bedding. The four square tines are extremely well made and suited to the task. They have been epoxy coated to help prevent scratching and thus reduce the risk of rusting. The handle, which is made from weatherproofed hardwood, is very generous at over 6 feet, allowing plenty of range.

These forks were originally designed for collecting stable manure and stable cleaning, however, they are also very successfully used for removing debris and vegetation from ditches, rivers and ponds.

The Spear and Jackson Manure Drag makes light work of stable cleaning and is such a robust tool that it will last many, many years.
