The Spear & Jackson Tiny Traditions Children's Spade, 4350CS, is a beatifully made garden tool designed especially for children. It is not intended to be a toy spade but is a scaled down version of the digging spade used by adults. It is therefore much much lighter and easier to handle for children and is more likely to keep them interested longer!

The Spear & Jackson Tiny Traditions Children's Spade has a mirror polished stainless steel head which provides rust resistance and minimal soil adhesion. It has a one-piece hardwood shaft, that has been split to form a wish bone handle and the hardwood shaft has been weatherproofed, with clear lacquer, to provide greater durability.

Spear and Jackson's Tiny Traditions Children's Spade is a lovely looking, well balanced garden tool, designed especially for children, and is sure to encourage children to participate in gardening and tool maintenance.
