Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

For overseas customers (other than the British Isles and the Republic of Ireland) please do not order until you have contacted us for delivery costs. Any orders made by overseas customers without prior notification, will mean that an incorrect shipping option and price has been selected, and will incur a 5% or £2.00 (whichever is the highest) charge on any refunds to cover the cost of processing the initial payment.

Shipping And Handling 95% of our customers' orders are carried out by UK Mail, Parcel Force or City Link. We also use the Royal Mail services.

If out at the time of delivery, we are happy to place delivery comments on the parcel as to where the parcel may be left in your absence, however, in such an event we absolve ourselves from any responsibility of loss or damage. In the case of a dispute, the responsibility lies directly with the carrier and yourself.

Please Note: We will not instruct our couriers to leave any parcels near/behind wheelie bins or in bin areas. We will also request couriers to try a neighbour should you not be available to sign for your order at the time of delivery..

Any goods wishing to be returned will be accepted back at the customer's expense. If the customer has recieved free shipping then our standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

With regards to our GIANT pots, any returns will be subject to a £25.00 original shipping fee. See the product information for more details.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Any faulty items or missed items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will eith back order for you or credit you for the item. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, the web site links to RBS WorldPay. RBS WorldPay, part of the Bank of Scotland, process the payment using their encryted secure web link. We, at The Garden Superstore, do not see or hold any credit card details.

The sender will be liable for returns costs and necessay insurance and proof of purchase (Section 3.55 of the Distance Seelling Act refers). Upon receipt, the items will be creditted back to the original card. Returns must be sent back to us, in a saleable condition, within 10 days of orginal receipt.

Items returned, as wrongly ordered or unsuitable, that have received free delivery, as a result of being over £50.00 in value, will have the original delivery charge deducted from the value of the goods to be creditted. This is currently set at a rate of £5.99. This is to cover the cost of the original delivery, packaging and staffing costs of processing the order.
